Weigh in Saturday!

Saturday weigh in day! Went to weigh in at a Richmond Location. The very same location I joined WW at in April of 2009. (however, different meeting time and day). I went to weigh in a little nervous but felt very thin and light that day. So I couldn't think of a reason of how I could possibly gain. I hopped on the scale and what do you know... i lost! .6 So I am VERY happy with weigh in :). I made myself a deal that if the number was down over 1 pound, I would allow myself a pumpkin scone from Starbucks. But no cigar. So I went with a soy tall Starbucks Latte instead.
After weigh in, got home and the doggies were all excited. Matt was reading off his Ipad and had breakfast. I made myself Peanut butter on toast with half an orange.

That house gets SO cold I made probably close to 4 cups of tea that day. My Mom has a very yummy pomegranate oolong tea from barnes and nobles she bought. I decided to drink my tea from my I <3 cupcakes mug. Decided to have a cup of tea to warm up before venturing out into the cold morning air with the pups that were begging for a long walk.
Johnny on the left, Molly on the right. Molly LIVES for her walks. So we went for about a 30 minute walk in the cold. They were very happy puppies after. I am sure they could have gone longer but I wanted to go for a run with Matt. So thats what we did. I got my capri tights on and we ran 5.6 km about. Burnt 291 calories and ran it in under 30 minutes. We ran a pretty good pace. We were chatterboxes the entire run :).
We got home and wanted some soup to warm up. Went with Tomato and rice soup. Made Matt some grilled cheese sandwiches, made myself melba toast with parmesan cheese melted on it. Later on I ate crackers and cheese which is a total NONO is my world. I was bad and probably ate more then I should have but I tracked it.
I was much more snacky today, but as long as I track it I know I can cope with it. I worked on my project and watched a few youtube videos (procrastination.. its killer!). For dinner, my brother and cousin were coming over. My Mom had left some whole wheat cooked pasta in the fridge she made with light cream cheese on it, so I decided to add to it. I chopped up tomatoes, onions, and broccoli and stir fried it with chicken and garlic. I then dumped the pasta into the pan with a tablespoon of butter and a 1/4 cup of 1% cottage cheese. It ended up being hardier then I expected it to be. But the crowd liked it.

After they left I worked more on my term project and Matt watched some of the Jets game. We had an early bed time as we had to be awake at 545 to make sure we had everything together to get on the bus to go to the ferry. We are now on the ferry and will get home late morning. He will watch some Sunday football and I will be type away on my project. It is suppose to be my rest day but I am craving some working out. I will try to rest. *sigh* Ciao!
