Came home and made up a WW chocolate shake with almond milk and frozen strawberries. Yum.
I then got right to work on my project, ended up finishing it all up within an hour and a bit of work. Hoorah.
I had oil popped air pop popcorn with an apple for a snack. I love air pop, it honestly keeps me so full for a long time. High in fibre and what not. I am not the biggest fan of movie style pop corn, or popcorn from the microwave. I have a air popper that I use that requires oil and kernels to pop. Yum. I could eat this everyday if I wanted to.. I almost do it seems.
Matt got off work early and came by around 2. We relaxed watching the afternoon news hour for a little bit. My energy levels have still been terribly low. I have had to load myself up with coffee to get to the gym and get a decent work out in. Then I crash shortly after. So today was a harder day for me. But I told myself I HAD to go to spin so I had some tea and water and tried to perk up.
Before spin I had 2 slices of high fibre bread with peanut butter. Yumm, another fave.
At spin I burnt about 500, I walked to spin in the cold brisk air to wake up so that helped. There was only me and another lady in the class, it must just be that time of year I guess. Numbers low everywhere!
We watched some TV and yet again, my favourite show was no where to be seen on the TV menu *sigh* the life of a "Greys anatomy" junky. I made us some light hot chocolate with almond milk and two ginger snaps. Yum! Great way to end off the day!
