Went for a run instead of the gym. Ran just over 10 km and burnt 545 calories.
I came home to relax for a little bit, while doing so I had a green shake.
At 12:10 there was a spin class I wanted to take so I pranced over there and burnt 380 calories... sweaty face! What?! you guys wanted to see more of me you say!
I had like 578943750923 cups of tea as I was so chilly and thats all I was craving! Warm beverages! I have been cutting back on the caffeine as it was effecting my sleep pattern. Sleeping much better now days though :).
As for dinner, I got back from work and was TOO tired to cook up something new and creative so I had some more casserole. Also had gingersnaps and hot chocolate as I had a ton of points left and I wanted something sweet.

I have gluten free stuff occasionally. I'm trying to make it one of my new year resolutions to have more. But over here I tend to find the food quite dry. Maybe I just need to be more inventive with how I eat it. LOL. Have you decided upon any new year resolutions yet? What marathon are you training for next? x
