Hola!

I slept like a ROCK last night! Slept right through to 630! I started my morning with oats, PB and banana with a coffee (7 pointsplus).


 I decided to walk to run club because I woke up very sore and needed a good stretch. We has a 23 km (14.3 miles) scheduled today and the weather was pretty beautiful! Ended up running the 23 in about 2:27: 19. Felt great! I kind of wanted to keep going! (crazy? maybe) I have run 68 Km total this week! (42.3 miles)

For my snack after my run I brought a pear and apple.



I forgot my camera so there will be a lack of photos today. I had a burrito for the first time in AGES today. Chicken burrito without cheese. I tracked it as 8 pointsplus even though there was no cheese just because it was a little bit on the bigger side and there was a lot of chicken in it.

I also had a soy vanilla latte from a local bakery/cafe and shared a cookie with a friend. I only had about 1/3 of the massive thing so I tracked it as 3 pointsplus.

I finished off my French project off 3 days in advance (go me!) and will be handing it in early probably. After I finished I decided to cook up some dinner. I had some left over mix I made up for a chicken quesadilla (7 pointsplus) and made a caesar salad with 1/2 fat dressing on the side ( 1 pointsplus/ table spoon).



Nomnomnom. That was one of the best quesadillas I have made! Now I am drinking water like crazy. My calves are super tight from the run and I don't want to wake up with a major muscle cramp. Those are just the worst!

Now to get onto my next project. It is due Friday but I am going to be on a plane to Miami so I won't be able to hand it in. Ah! So excited for my trip! Definitely is a motivation to eat clean and work out tons! Bikini time!
