Japanese and a movie :)

So when I woke up this morning I promised myself I would drink one litre before I left for my meeting this morning and that is just what I did!


For breakfast, I sliced up a lovely gala apple and had one of my protein banana muffins (2 pointsplus)


Packed a lovely 0 pointsplus banana in my bag for after work. Work was fairly busy and we had a few new registrations thanks to Oprah and Jennifer Hudson. My coworker and I went downtown for a lovely sandwhich for lunch. I went with turkey (7 pointsplus)


I had tons of lovely fruit for snacks including an orange, pear and another apple. Nomnomnomnom. I had a pedicure appointment for 230 and it was well needed! My feet have been so sore and beat up with all the running. I went with red polish. (ps. like my runner collection?)


Then I met up with a friend for Japanese and a movie. I started with miso soup and had a chicken katsu bowl (12 pointsplus appx). We also shared a spicy tuna roll.



The movie we saw was "Blue Valentine" and MAN it was so depressing. I really didn't like it. Definitely not my type of movie. Anyway, I am off to bed. I have a 23 km run in the morning. Night all!
