Today was another scheduled long slow run. We had a 19 km (11.3 miles) scheduled and it went pretty well. We missed a turn off but only ended up running about 400 meters more then we needed to. So no worries.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, mushed banana and a table spoon on peanut butter (7 pointsplus), water, and a black coffee.
I ran the 19 km in 2:05:55 and walked home after, so I wasn't hurting much.
After cleaning up I got an email from my WW mentor and was told I will be doing her meeting tomorrow morning! So I cooked up some turkey meat, opened some chick peas, crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, corn and tossed it in the crock pot. I attempted a quick and easy chili. Turned out alright.
While that was cooking slowly, I was brainstorming, creating and presenting my flip chart to the walls of my apartment. Yes I was speaking to myself. It helps me :P.
I tried to be as creative as I could be with the pictures! Now I am going to practice a little more then go to bed early. Since I cannot sleep in, may as well go to bed early.

For the life of me I can never sleep in either! So I decided that I need to go to bed earlier... still working on it, sometimes it's quite hard!
I love those trow-everything-in-a-pot kind of dinners, 99%of the times they turn out great.
