They're getting MAUUUUUIIIIed

Aloha, friends.

I am getting on a Jet plane today to Maui, Hawaii. My oldest cousin is getting Mauuuuiiiied and possibly leiied. (har har). This morning I had a few shocks. One being that I developed a lovely chest cold (gotta love that!) and the other being that Vancouver had a BIG dark gloomy rain cloud over it. July in Vancouver generally brings sunny, warm weather. But hey, I am off to have some fun in the sun for 2 weeks. I won't complain!

I am all packed up and ready to go, meanwhile the rest of my family is in a huge dither. They are frantically bombarding their closets still looking for things. I am a bit of an organized freak, I rather have stuff packed a week in advance just incase I see something I forgot to pack that I can just toss in the suitcase. What! It is how I roll!

So since we will be there for 2 whole weeks (eeeeeee!!), I have made plans on how I want to stay on plan. First of all because my bridesmaid dress fits absolutely perfectly, and we don't want that to change over the next few days. Second? uhhhh well. BIKINI! BEACH SEASON BEACH SEASSSONNN! (anyone catch this reference?)

How are you going to stay on plan? well. Since we are renting a condo for the two weeks we are there, we will have our own kitchen space. Also, WHOLE FOODS is now on Maui. (I LOVE whole foods, seriously could spend hours looking at everything in there). So we will have our own meals there and what not. Second, as much as my brother is hating me right now, my Dad and I registered the family for a 10 km race (HORRAHHH!) I am also planning on being bootcamp instructor for the week. (yet again.. BEACHH SEASON BEAAACHH SEASON)

Also, I get to see my friend Matt before I leave, which I am BEYOND excited for. He is absolutely amazing and totally rocks :).

I got to see my two close friends from high school last night, and they couldn't believe how much I have slimmed out. That was nice on my ego. :P

Anywho, I am FINALLY almost done importing the ridiculous number of CDs my Mom wanted on her Ipod. I swear, I feel like she went to HMV and bought them out and was like JENN UPLOAD FOR ME?! YES! (my mom and technology do not mix :P)

Anyway, Mahalo my little hula dancers! I will try not enjoying myself TOO much at the luaus we are going to! Pictures to come I promise!
