Woke up this morning at 7 am to get ready for run club. Put together some weight watchers oatmeal and had my coffee and water.
Matt ran with me this morning, and a few others. We ran 16.5 km and burnt 742 calories. It was misty/rainy out and I love this kind of weather personally. I am so proud of Matt, I love that he will go running with me :). He is doing so well :). Love that guy. Usually we all go for coffee and tea after but Matt and I had a bunch of things we needed to get done. So we headed back to my place. I made up a shake. Used the Weight Watchers creamy chocolate smoothie mix, a banana, and almond milk. Yum! Great post run snacky poo!

I got my laundry done, and folded it up and put it away. Peeled a Costco sized bag of carrots and cut them up and put them in the fridge. Washed my dishes and put them away. Prepped for dinner. Prepped my meeting. Printed out articles for class and read up on them. I feel it was a productive day. I popped some air pop popcorn (popped in oil) Yum!

I went to work at 4:15 and had a baggy of the Weight Watchers popped cinnamon swirl crisps. I really have enjoyed these! I didn't think I would really like them, but I love em a lot!
The meeting went fairly well. Had 2 people sit in on this one, but that is okay. It was still a fairly chatty meeting and a great energy in the room. Can't wait for the meeting size to build a bit!


For dinner I made my favourite meat sauce. My Mom used to make this a lot when I was growing up (however she added milk, which I can no longer have in my diet) so I make it in my slow cooker just sans milk. Turned out well. I love it on top of spaghetti squash, plus Matt really enjoys it too. I made a LOT of this sauce and froze most of it. I had a bit of a sweet tooth after so I made up a fruit salad for Matt and I. Pineapple, banana, strawberries. Yum!
