Today was an upper body weight day and low impact cardio. Burnt 284 calories. Was a pretty good workout. Had to push myself a bit as I was pretty sleepy. I then got ready to go to class, showered up and all.
For my snacks I had my Weight Watchers oatmeal, Apple and Greek Yogurt with frozen blueberries and half a banana.
Saw friends I hadn't seen for a while on the bus, so it was great to talk to them. Got home and cleaned up a bit. Took out the recycling. Had a light lunch of tomato soup (light) and toast. Also had some Weight Watchers pop cinnamon swirl crisps.
Then Matt came over for a bit and he dropped me off at spin class. I burnt 398 calories there. Wasn't a bad class at all. I was a little tired but tried to push myself as best as I could. For dinner I made more spaghetti squash and nuked more of the sauce. For dessert I went with Weight Watchers Ginger Snaps.
I am a tired girl so I made this blog a little short, I have a lot of reading and writing to get done this week *sigh*. Off to the books then bed. Night!
