Jam packed tuesday. Jeepers.

Woke up around 5:45, got ready with intentions of going to the gym via Matt dropping me off on the way to his boat, but I had a clutzy mishap and dumped half my water bottle into my purse. Don't ask. I was so frustrated! Ended up busing over about an hour after that to the gym. Had an awesome workout and burnt 497 calories! Aerobic interval training. More centered towards lower body and core.
For Pre- workout I had my Weight watchers caramel latte smoothie mix, with almond milk, and a banana.
Really did not want to go to class today but glad I did go. For snack I brought a honey greek yogurt, carrots, apple and oatmeal. Yum! So hooked on the oats lately.
I also had FAR too much coffee today. I suppose I am used to my usual "one travelers coffee mug" per day, that when having two makes me have the jitters. BUZZZ! I hopped on the bus RIGHT away after class, I really wanted to get a run in. I ran up the Vic West walk way, then turned around came back through downtown all the way through to Dallas road. Such perfect running weather. Love the crisp fall air! I originally went out to run 5 km and ended up running 7.5 km and burning 436 calories. Went well. However I was EXHAUSTED after that! Came back and made myself a bowl of air pop popcorn and drizzled some olive oil over top to add a healthy oil in there. I relaxed for a little while then packed up my bags to get ready. I had a perrier and some Weight Watchers cinnamon pop swirl crisps.
I packed my dinner to eat on campus, because yet again, I had another group project to work on. We are making a short film for this project, and it is surprisingly hard (actually not surprising at all) to find a quiet place on campus TO film! For dinner I ended up having left overs from last nights spaghetti squash and tomato meat sauce. mmmm. It was a bit of torture watching my group mates eat their pizza at our group meeting but I was alright with my dinner. Anyway, didn't someone once say that nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels? or something like that... ha!
I got home around 8: 20 tonight and had the rest of my tomato light soup, toast and apples for a late-ish snack. Now I am off to bed. I will be up early to workout as always!

Good grief girl - you're always on the go! Not surprised you need caffeine. LOL. Well done on the run & 2 a day workouts. Good luck with the film making. xoxox
