Started with a 6 am morning again and ate greek yogurt, banana and the rest of my ground flax seed. I am all out!
Had my morning coffee and what not and I was out the door. Matt dropped me off at the gym and I did an awesome upper body workout. 20 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes stair climber (80 steps per minute), and weights. Burnt 428 calories. Woo!
Went off to campus and these were today's snacks. Banana nut cheerios (dry) and the last of my WW maple brown sugar oatmeal.

I have two classes today, which felt weird as the past week I have had like one class a day every day. Which was a nice break. Before class I bought myself some tea and I have had a craving for my ALL TIME FAVOURITE scone that I try to indulge in only once in a while. So I allowed myself that. It is like THE only scone I will go out of my way to buy in a cafe and I seem to only see it on campus. It has the perfect consistency and its savory. My faveeeee. Spinach, roasted red pepper and feta scone. Mmmm. Ate it with a sliced apple and Perrier and a tea. I have been a total TEA fiend this week. I swear. Like 6 cups a day almost!

I forgot to take a picture but I totally ate a few more then I should of of the Annie's cheddar bunny crackers. I threw the rest out as CLEARLY I could not handle them in my household. I handed in my project online and went back to the gym for spin class. I went early to get in some ab work and also do a little extra spinning on my own. In total my work out was about 80 minutes long and I burnt 530 calories. Woo!
For dinner I went with a high protein breakfast dinner. My plate had 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites and a little parm with tons of veggies. 2 slices high fribre toast with low far margarine and salsa!
Now off to get my day TODAY started.
