TGIFFFFF!!

Woke up early and started with a Weight Watchers Strawberry and Banana flavoured smoothie mix, with blueberries and banana and almond milk. Yum!

Went off to the gym for a full body workout. It went very well. Burnt 350 calories in an hour and 11 minutes. Then went off to my studies. Lots of reading to do for my test next week. Ate my Weight Watchers maple Brown sugar oatmeal.

Had a starbucks Christmas Blend coffee as well. Mmm. Love this time of year. I will admit, I am totally listening to Christmas Carols already on my Ipod. Michael Buble Christmas Album? Defs a favourite at the moment.

When I got home I had carrots with ranch dip for a small snack. I will admit, totally had a week moment after this and had a small binge on a Weight Watchers Chocolate pretzel blast 2 point bar, Weight Watchers cinnamon pop swirl crisps, toast and air pop popcorn. I stopped myself there and realized "crap...I have 7 points left in the day and its like ... 1:30." But hey, I am happy I stopped where I did, just loaded up on 0 point fruit until dinner.



Decided that I snacked on all this because I am slightly tired, and bored at the same time. So I shoved my caboose out the door and made myself run. It was tough to get motivation to do so. But I ended up having a good run. I covered my watch with my long sleeve and told myself to not even look at it. Wanted to see out of curiosity how it would go if I didn't pay attention to pace. I ended up finishing 25:55 so not too shabby at all! burnt 290 calories. Had a banana or two between lunch and dinner. For dinner I made an egg white omlette, turkey bacon, toast, salsa, and pineapple.

Tomorrows weigh in. I am feeling good about it. But hey we will see right? I am excited to see everyone. Yet another busy day tomorrow! Night all!
