Slept in a bit this morning. Was nice. Slept in until 7:30 and made my shake. I had a caramel latte smoothie (the last of the box, woot! Like I said, not a fan of the flavour) with almond milk and banana. I then laced up and put in the ear buds and turned on the satellites on my Garmin. Hit the road for 10.33 km. Felt great! It was absolutely beautiful out there! At the 5 km mark I decided to take the next KM at a faster pace. Finished that KM in 4 minutes 28 seconds. Woot!
When I got back home I made up a poached egg, turkey bacon, with toast and strawberries. Yum! I ended up getting a lot of reading done today. My theory class can be very tough to grasp sometimes. So I sat down and studied the articles.

I felt extremely snacky today and had more servings of fruit then usual, but also tried to drink as much water as I could. I had my lunch of left over dinner as per usual. Potato, chicken and veggies. Then went back at my studies. I got a good amount of work done I would say.
While studying I had some frozen mango to munch on. I don't know why but there are certain fruit I LOVE when frozen, grapes and mangos being two of my favourites! Before work I had air pop.
I then went off to work around 4. I got into work at 4:30. It was a busy busy meeting. There was only one receptionist (being myself) and wow it seemed like the members just kept pouring in! Was good though. I like to be busy.

On the way home I forced myself off the bus to go to the gym. I forgot my HR monitor so I am not sure what I burnt. But I did 20 minutes of elliptical and 15 minutes of upper body weights. I don't know how I found that energy! Then got home to make up a scrambled egg omelet (2 eggs), toast, salsa and canned pineapple. I drained the juice (as I whimpered). I almost caved and made something totally over points because of my crazy hungry. But I was good.
Two workouts, stayed on points, drank all my water, had all my dairy products, had my vitamins. All in all a good day....Now to watch Grey's Anatomy. <3!!
