Started my morning with coffee and a shake without and flax in it. Went with chocolate and banana this time round. For my other snacks throughout the day I had a fruit cup and oatmeal with flax. At the gym I did lower body with lots of cardio burnt 466 calories. It was a great workout and really pushed myself.
I went to classes and met up with my group members for working on a game plan for the next little while. I shouldn't have committed to dog sitting this weekend, since I have to be in Vancouver next weekend as well. It is the middle of HEAVY school work season but hey! I can do it.
For lunch I chopped up a baked potato I had in my fridge and put it on the pan, then made scrambled eggs with veggies, toast and apple slices.
I had so many errands to do before we go to Vancouver this afternoon so thats what I did. Made my Sunday flipchart for the meeting, recycling, trash, dishes, laundry, buy birthday gifts etc etc.
I surprised my friend and coworker with a birthday gift before we went off to work. I went into a cupcake store and avoided buying myself one. PHEWPH. Earlier I went to DavidsTea again to buy some more tea to leave in vancouver as a "welcome home" gift for my mother, and fill up a container I had finished of tea.
For snack before work I had a bag of beef jerky and a banana with a water.
For my end of the day snack I had a baggy of WW pop cinnamon swirl crisps.
For Vancouver I have prepared for the ferry and cut up veggies and strawberries to have with our Quizno's sanwich we will be picking up along the way. (we have a groupon for this :P).
