Windy Wednesday

Was up pretty darn early yesterday morning and started it with a strawberry banana smoothie shake from ww with flax. It was a windy day, it has been pretty blustery for a few days and chilly! Snow in the forecast apparently I went for a slower 5 km in the morning as I had a lot of little tasks to get done in the morning,...including cramming for a "quiz" worth 40%.. I want to know this lady's definition of "quiz" as she seems to use the word pretty lightly :S.
My run burn 291 calories and it wasn't too bad. Some of my clothes are getting a little loser so I have been figgiting with them while running. I hate that! but I guess its better to be loser then tighter? After my run I was having a knackering for Peanut Butter on toast, so i had that with some sliced apples. I tried putting half a tablespoon of flax over it thinking it wouldn't be enough for a point but DUH I was wrong. Used an extra point that I did not want to *sigh*.


For lunch I brought the pasta I had the other night, babybel cheeses, mandarin oranges and an apple. After class I went to the gym. At the gym I decided on 30 minutes of elliptical trainer, 15 minutes of stair climber and 20 minutes of core work. I burnt 445 calories! Was a good one. I came home with an appetite and I will admit I had more of the Peanut Butter puffins then I should have. I also had another helping of the pasta a little while after. I was BAD with my snacking yesterday. I also had a baggy of WW cinnamon pop swirls at work later on that night. It was a busy day at work! Lots of members came to the meeting and a few newer members which is always nice :). Matt picked me up and we went home to have dinner. I made us grilled cheese and tomato soup for dinner. Today my goal is TO NOT JUST SNACK BECAUSE, but to eat because I am hungry. (duh jenn.) Tootles!
