Tuesday!

Tuesday was a harder day. I know that time is around the corner as I WANT CHOCOLATE SO BAD. So this morning I started with peanut butter puffins with barely any almond milk.
At the gym I burnt 433 calories. I started with 30 minute elliptical trainer, and 15 minutes on the stair climber. Moved on to upper body. (My traps and lats are SORE this morning) It was a good one!
I went off to class and for my snacks I had my greek yogurt/fruit/flax mixture and oatmeal/flax mix.
I got home and all I wanted was a BIG bowl of fruit so thats what I did.
And for lunch I had a bowl of air pop popcorn popped with oil. I then attempted a run. I set out for a 7 km but about 1 km in I started feeling really odd. Rubbery legs, felt VERY dizzish, and it didn't feel the same as when my blood sugar would drop. Not sure what that was but packed it in at 4.8!(278 calories) I felt like I needed to eat something so I had myself more fruit and a Peanut Butter builder bar. Haven't had one of those in a while but I felt I needed it. I haven't been marathon training so for some reason part of me feels I don't need to eat THAT much extra food as I am just doing my regular routine. However, I am pushing pretty hard during these routines, so maybe I should be fueling more then I am. Like Bert said, I have been listening to my hunger signals so I didn't make it a thing. But the scale says I am down this morning so maybe?
I had a bowl of Peanut butter puffins again. Then, Matt and I went over to the new property he has just bought a condo on and they gave us chocolate bars.. I stuck them in my purse and didn't think too much into it. But then when we got home I decided to have one. It was a very thin milk chocolate bar but still gave it a good deal of points. Then we went off to my friend Kirsty's birthday dinner at milestones where I was miss difficult and asked for something off the menu..well it was on A menu.. the kids menu.. ha! Grilled chicken breast (plain), jasmine rice (plain), and green beans with carrots. Ended up being less points and when we left we stopped at Walmart for a few things we needed. I ended up munching on grapes to cure the sweet tooth but MAN it was torture watching everyone get dessert at dinner! Anyway that is all, I have a busy morning this morning. Tootles!
