Monday, back to school

Woke up at 6:15 and made some Peanut butter Puffins with like 1/4 cup of almond milk and went off to the gym to be there at 7:25. At the gym I had a plan to do my lower body usual workout in the studio my gym has, but while I was starting in there a training brought his client in to use it and I always feel so awkward working out in there if a PT needs it for his client haha so I moved over to the weights and did abs and what not. In all I burnt 350 calories still. Then went off to class. For my food I brought greek yogurt, flax and fruit, and some oatmeal with flax.
I only had one class because the other class we are using this week for fieldwork on research we are conducting. I came back into town and went to starbucks to read and study for Wednesdays test worth 40% of my grade. (shoot me..)
I went to my apartment and had pineapple, and later some hummus and carrots. I love the hummus with olives in it. MMM I used to hate olives but the past few years I have come to love them.
I relaxed a bit and got ready for the gym again. I had planned on a spin class at 4:30. So before spin I wanted a pre-workout snacky which included a sliced apple and 2 light babybel cheeses. I am not entirely sure why apples taste so much better when they are sliced and prepared :P.
At spin we had a different instructor filling in. The class is usually RPM but I find it can get a little boring to be honest. This instructor was AMAZING. She was motivating, egging us on to push hard, and had a great playlist. I felt like I pushed myself harder then I have in months in a spin class! 445 calories burnt which is pretty good considering how tired I can be in the evenings. Matt picked me up and dropped me off as he was going to see a friend for a bit. I made a pasta dish (which I should really say a veggie dish because there is more veggie to pasta ratio really :P). I sprinkled one point of cheese on top.
Hard cheeses are the only real dairy I can deal with. Parm actually has the least amount of lactose in it which is fun and yogurt usually can have probiotics and bacteria cultures that help create lactose enzymes in your tummy. (lactose intolerance is a lack of lactose enzymes in the stomach so therefore when lactose is put in your tummy, it can't handle it.)

A little while after that I had 3 cups of air pop popcorn and I had a knackering for the chocolate chai tea from DavidsTea. A student in my class that sat next to me this morning was drinking it and MAN it smelled great.
I ended up getting to bed a little later then I had intended (11 pm) which can be a little late for me. But I am up and ready to take on the day.
