Sunday Last day of reading break :(

Woke up at 7:12, because we couldn't hear the alarm on his phone. I got up and mixed up a shake. Chocolate, banana, almond milk, water, and ice.
We hopped in the car and drove to the Running Room for Sunday morning run club. Matt and I ran together and we ran 7.4 km. I love that we can run together. We were total chatterboxes the entire run and enjoyed the sprinkle of rain. We went directly home after to get washed up to relax and watch football.. or for me, organize the crap out of my weekly planner.
I was so hungry when I got out of the shower that I brewed a pot of coffee, cut an apple up and made my oatmeal and flax. Yum Yum!

For lunch I made us eggs. Matt's gettin' used to the whole Breakfast-when-it's-not-really-breakfast thing I have going on most days. I made myself a scramble with only egg whites and veggies. For his I put in a whole egg and cheese and veggies. Also had salsa which isn't pictured here. Pineapple, toast, and turkey bacon too.
After, I worked on some school stuff, because READING BREAK WENT TOO FAST WAAAA *tear*. I also worked on my meeting prep for the meeting that night. We were talking about a pretty good topic, that I think is beneficial to a lot of members.
After all that I relaxed a bit with some Youtube and frozen grapes. I LOVE frozen fruit if you haven't noticed. I also had a baggy of the WW cinnamon pop swirl crisps. (I feel like this name is so long that I just hope that I have written it write every time I blog it!)
Matt dropped me off at my meeting and WOW numbers were low. I am assuming people were busy for the long weekend or even went home. So we only had the one member, which is cool. After I went into Safeway to pick up the few things I don't buy at Costco like bananas, egg whites, eggs, and babybel light cheeses (because costco didn't have em in light!). Matt then picked me up and took us home. I made us chicken thigh, veggies, and a baked potato. I had enough points to treat myself to some plain greek yogurt overtop of the potato. MMM.
As for dessert I made a little fruit salad with peaches, pineapple and frozen strawberries. Matt and I then printed off what we needed for Monday and plopped down on the couch for some TV time. We got to bed at a very early hour it seemed like. That was my Sunday (and last day of reading break boohoohooo)
