Matt got to watch the oh-so-majestic scale-to-closet dance of the nervous Jennifer. Quite a sight to see, only happens once a week on Saturday mornings (har har), had to figure out what to wear and I decided to go with my blue nike pants so that I could A) look like a smurf (they are small right? thinking light throughts before weigh in?) or B) Camouflage with...okay there would be no camouflaging, it would be just to look insanely cool..
I was surprise to see a loss on the scale! It was a small loss but I expected a total gain. I weighed in at goal weight, right on the nose. So down .3 from last week. My coworker I think thought I was a nut head but thats okay. Totes deserved a happy dance.
After weigh in, Matt and I drove over to Costco to pick up a few things. I was all out of my multivitamins and decided to get them there. Bought oatmeal, canned fruit, almond milk, perrier and apples (2 bags full!) We then drove over to Frontrunners to look into using Matts groupon up, but there wasn't a whole lot that we wanted to spend it on so we left and walked over to Pink Sugar to buy half a dozen cupcakes for a birthday dinner we were going to. (let me tell you, it was TORTURE having those in my face all day, but I didn't have any of them! not even a lick of the icing!)
We got home and I made tomato soup, toast, babybel light cheese, and an apple for myself. Made Matt grilled cheese with tomato cream soup.
I snacked on fruit, just I am not really taking pictures of the fruit as I know you guys know what a banana looks like :P. Matt and I decided to check out a new movie that was out that we wanted to see. We watched the new Adam Sandler film "Jack and Jill." It was funny, but some parts I found they could have done without. It was alright. We went home and I started dinner early. I was planning to make us this recipe for about a week so I was pretty excited. I used to make this recipe when WW was on momentum, so I converted the points and it ended up being only 1 extra point per serving then what it was on momentum. So I thought it was worth it. I made us a whole wheat mac and cheese (made with almond milk instead of real milk, and skim cheese which doesn't bother my tummy much). Turned out pretty good and Matt sure liked it. There may have been some plate licking goin' on! :P
We decided to have dinner early because the birthday we were going to didn't start until 8 and I find that far too late to eat at. So we decided on eating early, then ordering an appy if we felt the need. I made some fruit salad a little while after to keep me settled. Then had some tea with WW gingersnaps. I had origionally decided on now having any appy, but when we got there I decided to have one. We went to this Caribbean restaurant called "The Reef" and I had a Jamaican Patty with mango chutney. I used to LOVE those things so I decided to have one. I checked out the nutrition online before I left in case I was going to have one, so I was able to track it fine.
I honestly feel like a old lady in a younger girls body sometimes. I was pretty tired the entire time we were there and didn't get home until about 10:15 or 10:30. Sleepy girl! Went to bed around 11. Now I am up, had my breakfast and we are about to go for a run in the cruddy weather outside! Have a lovely day all!

Your determination is really inspiring! Looks like you had a great day - and I saw no mention of studying, so I hope that means you are taking a well deserved break! I have a question for you: I enjoy jogging, but if I miss a few days (or longer) I'm really intimidated to start back up. Do I take it slow or jump back to where I was before I stopped?
