Busy Saturday

Started with Vanilla and Almond Special K. I have been obsessed with this SO good! with almond milk.
It was my rest day. Feels like I haven't really had one in a while, and I know how important rest days are.
Went to weigh in and I was up as I expected. I could just feel it in my clothes. But I will live.
Matt and I decided to bring stuff that didn't fit anymore to Value Village then went to Walmart (fun fact about Matt, he has lost 40 lbs :) this was before I met him. So proud of him :) ). At Walmart I needed to pick up a bit to organize my makeup and beauty stuff. It was a productive Sunday.
Made us tomato soup and I had half a bagel with cheese, to eat the other half later on in the day and had grapes also.
After finishing organizing and cleaning I had the other half of bagel with light cream cheese.
I then started cooking the vegetable barley casserole to bring to the potluck to go to. I had a bowl before we left because I didn't want to be totally starving and eat everything at the party. I did eat a little more at the party then I had intended but Ill move on. We then went to another party after that for a little while.  What a festive night :)

I remember when I was on Weight Watchers and I had lost 70lbs, I found myself stalled with 20lbs left to lose for a good 6 months before I called it quits (ie decided to declare the weight I was at my goal weight and try something else than WW). I've come to discover that Weight Watchers can be really tough for those who are extremely active (as you are) and can be really hard on the brain. For example, I found that on a day when i ate my minimum points on WW, I was consuming between 1100 and 1400 calories. I would work out like crazy and was just not seeing the results that I should based on the calories in/calories out equation. You seem really dedicated to WW and pretty diligent about your points, but I am not convinced that WW is fueling you the way that you need to be in order to keep pushing so hard activity-wise. As an example, based on your caloric output, there is no reason that you should be gaining even if you do eat a few extra gingersnaps. If you are burning 2500 calories a day through your BMR and activity and consuming 1200 calories/day (or even 1400 for that matter), that is an extreme calorie deficit and you are netting less than 500 calories a day. Big red flag!!

I don't actually have a solution but I thought I'd share some "food" for thought based on my own struggles which are so so so similar to yours. I've actually just downloaded some information on repairing the metabolism once it has grown accustomed to surviving on a low calorie level...I'd be happy to email you the information if you would like :) Maybe we can figure it out together because I'd sure love to be able to eat a few extra gingersnaps here and there without gaining weight, too :)
