Sunday

Started my Sunday morning with a bowl of cereal and we relaxed a bit around and slept in. I ran 8.2 km and burnt 472 calories and stopped for an almond milk latte on the way home. Yum!

Made myself some Apres ski by DavidsTea while I prepped for my meeting.
As for lunch I made a new recipe from the WW Ready, Set, GO! cook book. SO good. Spicy peanut chicken! Put it over salad with sesame ginger dressing.

My coworker was bringing me a treat so I was very cautious with my points. The chicken was one of the best chickens I have had. I LOVE spicy peanut chicken from noodle box, so this was very similar. So happy with that.

As for said treat.. YEP you guessed it .. CUPCAKE. Naniamo bar cupcake. One of my faves. Yum.

The meeting went well, had three members sit. It went well!

Came home and wasn't all that hungry so ended up having a small bowl of popcorn. My air popper is breaking so that is why I had a smaller serving :P. Because it wouldn't pop ALL the kernels. Bum.
