Carby Monday it seems!

Started morning with light cream cheese on toast. I decided to pass on the gym as I feel I need to let my body have a bit of a break from 2 a days. Like I said, I was feeling run down. So I decided to declutter and get rid of stuff. I finished up all of that on Monday. What? That can be a workout in itself!
For lunch I melted cheese slices on a bagel and had veggies on the side. I then decided to make a batch of the vegetable barley casserole just for the fridge. I like to have stuff that I can throw in the microwave when I had a long day.
After a long morning of cleaning, I decided to relax on the couch for a 30 minute nap watching Judge Judy. Yep! I know, an awesome afternoon! After I awoke from my cat nap slumber, I wanted something sweet so I went for toast with dark chocolate peanut butter and an apple. Yum.
I then walked to the gym at 330. I did 15 minutes of core work then hopped on the spin bike for an extra few minutes before class started. I burnt 580 calories. Felt great. I decided to walk home as well and realized I forgot to defrost the chicken I was gonna use for dinner, so that made dinner a little later then I would have liked. For dinner I had chicken thigh, broccoli and onion. Yum.
