After run, I went to the grocery store for things I can't buy at Costco and had a little treat that I did not take a pick of. I had chocolate, only about an ounce to taste. I had a piece of toast with low cal fat free cream cheese and apple.
I tidied a bit more until we had to go off to Costco. I picked up LOTS of veggies, apples, garlic, canned fruit, greek yogurt and hummus at Costco. (Yes I do need costco size onions.. I LOVE me some onions!)
Then went off to work and I was a little nervous since Sunday is the beginning of the WW work week, I was one of the first leaders to present the new pointsplus 2012 stuff. I had one member that I had the pleasure of practicing on, but it will take time for me to pick up this new way of presenting the meetings for sure.
Matt picked me up and we both were still pretty full from lunch and decided on cereal for dinner. I had some fruit on the side of my vanilla almond special K with almond milk.
For dessert I had frozen grapes which is always a favourite of mine. nice and sweet.
