This is a quick circuit I did in my apartment on Saturday in the vlog. I said I would post it up on the blog so here it is! Takes less than 20 minutes and give you a little sweat. Try and push yourself (ie do pushups from your toes if you are used to from your knees, or do tricep pushups, etc) Enjoy.
Repeat circuit 2-3 times
30 jumping jacks
5 pushups
25 high knees
7 burpees
10 crunches
7 squats
5 pushups
10 crunches
5 pushups
7 squats
30 jumping jacks
1 minute wall sit
5 pushups
25 high knees
