I had a coconut water as I made my protein pancake for Matt and I.. mine looked kinda funny. Matt and I both thought it looked like George Washington! ha! I sprinkled mango and raspberries and stevia on mine. No syrup.
For my mid morning snack I had half a grapefruit with stevia overtop.
For lunch, chicken with salad.
We stopped to use our groupon for Quizno's on the way to work. I let Matt have my sub as I am trying to be UBER good before Christmas hits. Nip it in the bud right
No one showed for work, like I said, its the season. I kind of expected as such.
I met Matt downtown (as he was walking back from his friends place) so we could walk home together. Man oh man, I have learned my lesson to walk 1.5 km in those high heeled booties of mine. I have two lovely blisters on the bottom of my feet. Hoorah.
I also had a greek yogurt and banana with my nightly tea. I am putting this up early because we have a 445 wake up to get on the 550 bus in the morning. VANCOUVER HERE I COME! I can't wait!! I miss my family so much!
