Thursday

Went to the gym first thing and burnt 501 calories. Did 50 minutes (elliptical, stair climber and stationary bike) and lower body HIIT.

For breakfast I made gluten free toast, poached egg, 2 slices turkey bacon and a banana.

I then found the energy to clean my apartment like crazy. Feels much better to have a clean space. For my mid afternoon snack I had Greek yogurt and frozen berries,

I did a 30 minute Yoga DVD from bootycamp fitness. My body was craving a good stretch and it got just that.

For lunch I had air pop popcorn and to my surprise, my machine is working again. Awesome? I think so!


I read up a bit more on gluten free and really, I don't have too too much to change. I love quinoa so I can switch that in for the barley I use in my casserole if I wanted. I bought the gluten free toast, pasta would be the next thing I would need to buy.. especially with marathon training coming up on us again!

I went to work and got there at 445. I can tell its the holiday season. Meeting numbers go low, and so are the numbers in my spin classes and gym.
Matt picked me up and I made up some spaghetti squash with the meat sauce I had left in my freezer.

We watched a little TV together and went off to sleep.
