Friday

Had a protein pancake with 1/2 tbsp of Dark chocolate peanut butter and half a banana cut on top. So good! Love it without the syrup too!

Went for a 5 km before eating though to get started. I was starving when I got back

Then got ready to go downtown. Had to pick up a few more Christmas gifts, and a few things for Matt.

I had a Kind bar before going as my mid day snack. Yum!

I got back and had left over spaghetti squash with the meat sauce. The last of that.

For my snack after that I had an orange with cashews.


And for dinner, bad Jenn bad,  I had air pop. Its all I wanted. I don't have much in my fridge as we are leaving for the next little while and don't want to get more groceries, so just trying to use up what we have left.

After dinner I was good and turned on the bootycamp fitness DVD and did the ab-solute session. (15 minute abs workout)

Felt good! Was a good day before weigh in!
