Ain't no party like a WW partyyyy!!

WOW!

Today was one busy day! I could not be happier then right now. After a long day of being in a dress and heels, I am snuggled up in my yoga pants. AHHH! So comfy!

Anyway so this morning I missed my bus by like 30 seconds. Hate that. So I decided to trek it in the rain, in a skirt, in heels. Yes I woke almost 2 km in heels. I applaud myself seeing as I look like Bambi learning to walk when I wear heels.

This morning was slow at the meeting, I suppose the rain made people just wanna snuggle up in their beds and sleep in on a Saturday morning. Like normal people. I swear, people think I am nuts for getting up so early. I always have intentions of sleeping in, and I will still manage to be up by 7.

Kirsty and I jetted up island to have a light lunch at her man's place. Had a bowl of tomato soup and a slice of toast. I was pretty paranoid about gaining anything before weigh in. I woke up and weighed on my scale at 163.8 so I was nervous. We then jetted of to Naniamo for the Weight Watchers get together that happens every year. Everyone on Vancouver Island meets to celebrate the year and give out awards. Two teams that I am apart of won awards for selling the top monthly passes on average. Pretty happy about that!

Being at this meeting and thinking about the blogs I have done in the past week and a bit made me think. I want to start losing again. I know people give me flack, and honestly it really is my body. I don't plan on going crazy and losing like 20 lbs. I just want to get down to about 150. So know what I am going to do? I am going to cut of an appendage... start going back to my meetings I went to as a member.  I know it gives me more motivation to do so, and I know I can get down if I really work at it. So you know what? I am gonna do it, and I think I will keep the food blog. Clearly it is helping me stick to it.

Lets do this thang!

So tomorrow I am running 15 km at run club, for funsies. Shall be a jolly good ol' time. Then I work my evening meeting. WOOOP! Night!

Congrats on getting through the day - especially in heels! Hehe. Glad you found daily food blogging helpful, I've found it really interesting and I hope that its helped you knowing that I'm checking in everyday to see what you're munching on ;) I think its up to the individual as to how much weight they lose. You know your body and as you said before, as a runner, any extra weight makes a massive difference to how much force your knees, joints etc have to carry. I believe my running times will continue to improve with each pound I lose. So, if you want to fine tune your weight its up to you, your body. Stuff anyone who thinks otherwise sweetie ;) Can't wait to see more of your food blogs. Yay! :))))
