Woke up and decided to go with a blueberry and banana smoothie with my vega mixture in there too.
I headed out for my run around 7:30. I always have to wait until the suns up a little so that I can run through the dog park I like to run though. Ran 10 km and burnt 612 calories.
Came home and man was I hungry!
Today was a tough day for me. My marathon appetite was definitely there and it was like throwing an apple into a bottomless pit, I couldn't be satisfied. I had a few too many 0 point fruit. I like to stick to a specific amount, and I know I had more then I should have.
Then I had a LUNA bar.
For lunch I had some of the left over sauce I had laying in the freezer. So good. I made this a little while back, and it was the last bit I had left. So I put it over spaghetti squash.
I had a big sweet tooth. Its just before that time, (ladies, you feel me.) so all I want are sweets! Hate that!

I also snacked on carrots with low fat ranch dip, which I feel like was not necessary but I did. Didn't take a photo either. Opps!
While getting ready I had a snack of cinnamon puffins.
I got to meet Matts sister, we went shopping for a bit then went over to Spinnaker's for some dinner with friends. I didn't take a picture, but I had a spinach salad with a little goat cheese, roasted macademia nut?( I dont know what kinda nut really), with the vingarette on the side for dipping. I find this uses only what you need, good way to save points.
It was a good night, but a late one. Saturday I work then head up island for weigh in. I am pretty nervous. I have been eating pretty well that I feel, yet the scale is still around 163. *sigh* so I will just have to pull my big girl panties up and bite the bullet.

You are a very strong woman. If it had been me, more than double that caloric content, lol. I can't imagine a marathon-induced hunger, but I can only compare it to my 10 mile or more hikes on steep mountain slopes, and those are some CRAZY hungers!
