Busy Busy Thursday!

Woke up this morning at 6 am and got my coffee a brewin'! Started with a shake.

In the shake:
frozen mango 1/2 cup
frozen blueberries 1/2 cup
1 cup water
ice
2 cup spinach
scoop of tropical vega shake

Turned out more brown then green today. Oh well! Blueberries do that to a shake :P.

Went for my 9 km run at 730 and burnt 516 calories. Then ran around my apartment trying to get ready. I had to have my snacks and lunch packed, my work stuff packed, and school stuff. While packing all this I was gagging down some plain oatmeal and coffee.


My Snacks:
New flavor of Luna, not bad..like the white chocolate macadamia much more. Ended up have beef jerky, fruit and pop chips (the new WW snacky) as well.

For lunch I had left overs from dinner:

I had to meet up with a group of girls for a project after class. That lasted about an hour and a bit, then went over to work early. Wanted to grab some things from Safeway for dinner.

Work went by fast as it always does. Then Matt picked me up. I had NO idea what to do for dinner but randomly experimented.  This happened:

So spaghetti squash, beef and lots of other veggies. Stirfried them in a steak sauce. It wasn't bad but a little heavier then I intended. At maybe 2/3s of it.

For dessert I had Weight watchers Ginger Snap cookies. They are a nice little snack for 3 points. (they are from the weight watchers meeting room). I decided to buy the few things I do buy from WW from time to time. Oatmeal and ginger snaps.

Anyway, I am off to bed. SO happy its Friday tomorrow. Today was exhausting for me. Tomorrow Matt's Sister is in town so I get to meet her for the first time :) can't wait!
