Wowza wednesdayy

Woke up at 6:15. I was one tired puppy!! Decided to clean the dishes, put a pot of coffee on and put together my shake.

In the shake? 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of frozen mango, scoop of tropical vega smoothie, cup of water. Yum! definitely had to brush my teeth after this bad boy.

Then packed up breaky for after the gym, snacks and lunch. Breakfast: plain oats. Ended up mushing my snack banana in there too though. Snack: babybel light cheese and apple. Lunch: pesto chicken and veggies.



At the gym I did VERY little legs, and 45 minutes of cardio. Burnt 270 calories. Before class I was hungry so I ended up having a large soy latte with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top. That kept me tied over until lunch.

I came home to finish up my presentation for tomorrow and had a snack. Ended up eating more then the serving size so I doubled the points. Those peanut butter puffins! TOO good. Don't think I will buy these again. Honestly think I could eat the entire box in one sitting on a bad day!


Matt came over at 4, and we got ready for run club. Had a banana before walking over. We ran 8.6 km and I burnt 510 calories. I love how active he is :), love being able to run with him.

For dinner I wanted to have something low carb and low points. I wanted to experiment with curry. The curry sauce I used was 2 points for 1/2 cup. It was delish! Had it over spaghetti squash.




It turned out well! Added some beef cubes, onions, cauliflower, broccoli, yellow/red peppers and carrots. Very happy for tomorrows lunch left overs!

Anyway, I am exhausted and happy to say I am under points for the day even though I ate more cereal then intended. Off to bed for an early night! Tomorrows a busy busy dayyy!

Peanut Butter Puffins are certainly dangerous! I can't buy them very often for the very reason you identified. :)

You are killing it on these double workouts! Are you still the pace leader? I agree - having an active partner certainly does help.
