Tone it up tuesdayyy

Woke up at 6 and again started my day with my Tropical Vega smoothie. (basically it is a protein shake, all natural and what not).

I was all out of the WW maple brown sugar oatmeal, so I opted for plain ol' oats. Yum. Choked those down while I was getting ready for class after the gym.


At the gym I did 45 minutes of cardio and did all lower back and abs. 380 calorie burn. NOICE!

Before class I had an apple and a babybel light cheese, and had the same between classes.

Then for lunch I had pesto chicken left over with veggies.


I came home and wanted to go for a run. I planned on a longer one but didn't have a snack before I left so I was feeling pretty light headed. So I cut it short at 7.5 km. 400 calories burned. Struggled a lot on it.

Then I was SUPER snacky. Marathon appetite crept up on me. I had grapes and peanut butter puffins with almond milk. I will admit I had another serving of both of those later on too. Opps!


Then I had air pop popcorn also. I shouldn't feel guilty about it but I do. I was just SUPER snacky.


I had a nice nap to sleep off the munchies. Clearly that was why I was snacky, I had the sleepies! Matt came over and we were gonna have a date night. I wanted a light dinner so just stuck to a protein shake.

In the shake:
-chocolate vega smoothi mix
-half a banana
-tbsp. peanut butter
-almond butter
-ice



We went to a movie and saw Footloose. It was so good! I loved it. Now we are off to bed, and tomorrow I am hoping for another double workout day.

Good news is I got another meeting (as a receptionist). Happy about that! :)
