Woke up at 6:25 this morning and decided to things a bit different. I find that when I wake up I am not entirely hungry, and if I eat breakfast early, I am super hungry by 10:30. So I made up a shake to have on my way to the gym.
At the gym I did upper body and 20 minutes on the treadmill. Burnt 258 calories. I then had some oatmeal I had packed for after the gym. AKA my REAL breakfast!
Love this oatmeal. Love oatmeal in general! Keeps you full for longer! I had a banana right before class started at 10 am. After class at 1:30 I had the apple and two light babybel cheeses.
For lunch I had raw veggies and left over pesto chicken. Yum!
At around 2:30 I was craving a coffee. Which is rare, as I usually don't drink coffee past 2. I decided to make some coffee but added some cocoa to it with some almond milk and stevia. I usually like my coffee black so I'm not sure why I wanted something like this. But it was a nice treat.
For a Pre-workout snack I had a white chocolate macademia nut Luna Bar. So good!
I then went to a spin class with my friend Dee and burnt 340 calories, which isn't bad for a late afternoon workout. Generally I am exhausted but hey! I had a coffee at like 2:30 :P. Since I didn't have my camera I couldn't take a picture of my dinner. I had a montreal smoked roast beef sandwhich on whole wheat with one slice of swiss cheese, lettuce and a little mayo. YUM!
Matt picked us up and dropped her off. We came home and I wanted a sweet treat so I opted for a bowl of Peanut Butter Puffins. I finally found a place to buy them at! So yummy! No milk with them though, I like cereal like this on its own.
Now to tackle the books. So much reading to tackle! Tootles!

Hehe, isn't that a bottle of Baileys in the background of your first couple of photos?! Ohhh, I love Baileys and have a bottle of the yummy creaminess floating around in my kitchen too!
I really love these food blogs, its so interesting to see all the different foods you have over there. I want that weight watchers oatmeal! Haha. What's in your green smoothie?

I actually didn't put anything in it! It was just the tropical Vega smoothie mix with water. It just comes out green. My blender broke a while back but Matt brought his over here so I can use it :).
Oh cool! We don't have any pre-made smoothie mixes. I'm going to Google a runners smoothie that I can make at home, but I guess just any fruit and veg are good. How do I work out WW points for home made smoothies?
