This morning we woke up to go to run club. I made up some cereal and fruit for Matt, and had greek yogurt, chia seeds, fruit and coffee for myself.
We ended up running 6.86 km in the brisky morning fall air. So beautiful out. Was excited to get going. Unfortunately my group didn't know the route too well so I had to keep a slower pace, but it was still fine nonetheless.
After our Sunday runs we all meet up at Dolce Vita for coffee or tea. I gave in and had a dairy and egg free apple oatmeal muffin with some peppermint tea. Did not have my camera so I do not have photo evidence.
We came home and relaxed as I got ready with my meeting prep. This weeks topic is difficult to present to a small group of people, especially to a NEW meeting.
For lunch I made us breakfast. Egg white scramble, turkey bacon, pineapple and greek yogurt.
I snacked on an apple as well as some veggies and dip and got ready for work.
I actually had to present my meeting this time! I had two members sit down, so I let them know a little about me and talked about other topics since this weeks topic didn't apply.
After work I picked up some stuff I needed at Safeway for dinner. I made pesto chicken, brown rice and carrots. So good!
Tomorrows yet another school day! Off to bed for me!
