Had my usual smoothie. Went with the tropical vega mix, water, ice, spinach and mango. No flax or chia or anything this time. Packed my lunch SUPER fast. Not sure where the time went this morning but my time management was SO off this morning. Ended up making a half ass lunch and forgetting my wallet at home. Therefore no coffee on the way to class after the gym. I also had my usual oatmeal while on the bus from the gym to class. At the gym I was pretty tired. Did all core and low impact cardio. Burnt 243 calories. I was tired for most of the day. So tired I almost fell asleep on the bus. YAWN.
So lunch was veggies and a peanut butter sandwich. Lame. I know! Still tasted delicious. I had another mini lunch when I got home. A cup of tomato and rice soup with toast and margarine. Yummy. Always a favourite!
Made a pot of coffee and then I started working on a paper. School has been ridiculous lately. So many papers, projects and group projects. I really regret taking this many senior level courses. But Ill grit my teeth and get through it.
I needed a break from writing around 330 and decided to go for my run then. I was going to wait until run club but I felt I needed to go at that time. So I did. I ran 10.8 km and burnt 643 calories. It was raining pretty hard part way through, I love that. I love coming in from a run in the rain and getting in a hot shower and into my jammies. Ah! So cozy.
I started prepping dinner and ate dinner around 5:30. Tomato chicken, veggies and half a potato with 2 tablespoons of plain greek yogurt on top. MMMmm
Now back to editing my paper. Night all!

The same thing would occasionally happen to me with coffee. Two things I tried were using a lighter coffee blend, and alternating between black tea and coffee. I'm sure you'll find something that'll work!
Tomato soup and bread / crackers is my favorite! Yum!
