Yet another busy Thursday

Started my morning with a banana. I planned on taking a short run this morning. It is getting cooler out there so I have switched to long sleeves and some mornings, long pants. Ran 5 km and burnt 300 calories.
After my run I made a shake. I used the weight watchers strawberry banana smoothie mix instead, and added frozen blueberries, water and ice.
I packed up some snack and my lunch. Lunch as always was left overs from the night before.

After an hour or so of being at home, I warmed up my soup from yesterday and had some whole wheat toast and margarine with it. I had an apple and brought a banana with me to eat at work as well. At work I also had a bag of Pop cinnamon swirl crisps (2 points). I really enjoy those new treats!
When I got home I made some veggies and chicken. I thought that would be good enough but I had some toast and Pop BBQ chips as well. I know! bad bad. I had another banana as well. I was a hungry bunny today wow. I tried my best to stay on plan and I did stay on points. But definitely ate more 0 point fruits then usual!


SO happy tomorrows Friday. This week has been crazy busy. I know the next few weeks will be equally as nuts. *sigh* Can it be winter break yet?
