Tuesday Tizzy!

Woke up at 6:20 and walked right downstairs. Keep forgetting to pick up coffee grounds, so I bought a grande pike coffee at Starbucks. Like I said. I live on top of Starbucks. Pretty awesome if you ask me. Had my smoothie with flax,  mango, spinach, tropical vega mix, ice and water. No mishap this morning, SCORE! AND it turned out green like a green smoothie should!

I packed up my lunch and snacks and headed off to the gym. Matt dropped me off at 7:25. Today was cardio and upper body. I was going to do core but I was exhausted! Still left the gym with a 330 calorie burn. I packed oatmeal for my snack while getting ready for class. I eat this while blow drying my hair. Now THAT is multitasking. Cute thermos right? Bought it at the New Balance store back home like 3 years ago.

For snacks I brought a Luna bar (which I ended up NOT eating..), 2 light baby bels, 2 apples. For lunch was left overs from last nights dinner. I didn't eat the Luna because I got back from my group project at about 3 and I was craving popcorn like mad. So I scrapped the Luna bar idea and ended up having air pop popcorn instead. Yum! I had some carrots while waiting for the popcorn to pop too.



I made a spin date with a friend. I always find this much easier. I don't entirely love spin enough to motivate myself to go on my own, so I know if I set a date with someone I have to stay accountable. I ended up going to the gym 30 minutes early to complete the core portion of this mornings workout as well. I burnt 400 calories.


I had to pack a dinner to bring with me to workout because I was going directly to campus after to work on another group project. I was low on groceries so I threw what I could together. Peanut butter flat break sandwich, hummus, raw veggies, and an apple. Random right? Meh! It worked for me.

Matt and I hopped to thrifites to GET COFFEE and other things too :P. I really wanted the chocolate almonds I walked by in the bulk food section but I didn't do it. I had 2 points left in the day so I made a weight watchers creamy chocolate smoothie blended with water and a frozen banana. It wasn't too shabby, definitely killed my chocolate craving.

I am very proud of today. Met all my good health guidelines. I drank 3 FREAKING litres today!! Yep I will be peeing every hour on the hour tonight! Tomorrow will be a less crazy day, thank goodness. Off to bed. Night night!
