I came in and decided to go for my smoothie. In the smoothie today I felt like putting in the tropical smoothie vega mix, frozen blueberries, 2 cups of spinach, flax seed and water. But I had a little mishap. Lets just say while I was taking the blender apart so I could pour my smoothie, my hand slipped and lets just say I accidentally repainted my kitchen to a poo like colour. Yes it was that lovely. Man was I mad. Took a while to clean that up, as there was spinach chunks, flax, and mushy blueberries EVERYWHERE. Rawr.
See, poo like colour. It tastes better then it looks. Especially after all the hard work of cleaning my kitchen. Grrr. I started packing myself a lunch and snacks. I put my Weight Watchers Maple Brown Sugar oatmeal into my thermos to have for later on. My snacks were a banana and apple. Lunch consisted of left overs from dinner last night. I was very satisfied today. No marathon monster hungries today!
After class I got home around 1:50. I ate my apple while reading a few emails. I had another banana before heading downtown to meet up with a friend for coffee before spin class. I walked over and had a Hot passion tea from Starbucks. Spin class was great! Felt exhausted after and burnt 322 calories. Matt picked us up and dropped us off. I had my Luna bar for a post workout snack. Yummy! My favourite flavour too!
As for dinner, I was really stumped on how to jazz up the chicken that I was defrosting. I took a look at the condements I have and randomly tried to use ranch salad dressing. I don't know what inspired me to think this would be a good idea, but something did. I will be honest. SO was NOT a fan of the chicken tonight. But the stir fried veggies were very yummy. I had it with 1/4 cup of brown rice to cut down on points just incase I wanted a sweet treat for after dinner. Which I did. I had a yummy Weight Watchers Caramel Latte Smoothie, made with frozen mango and almond milk. Yum!
Tomorrow is yet another busy day, LOTS of class work and hoping to try for another spin class. We will see!
