Work and School Day :)

Woke up this morning feeling a little less sick, but sniffley nonetheless so started with some cold fx and other vitamins. Had my morning cup of coffee and put the rest in my coffee tumbler for after the gym. Started my morning with Oatmeal with chia seeds on top.




I proceeded to pack up my lunch and clothing to change into for after the gym into my back pack. I diverged a tad from my original plan. I ended up scratching out the KIND bar and had some peppered beef jerky. Which in the end, is lower in points anyway. So...WIN. Also had a tea, which was very nice on my little mini cold I have developed. No photo evidence though. So here are the other snacks I had (just pretend there isn't a KIND bar there... got it?)







Then for lunch I had a lot of veggies with a little bit of ranch for dipsies, and 2 oz of turkey. I think I may be all turkied out from thanksgiving! GOBBLE GOBBLE.



So the KIND bar is 6 points. So like I said I had beef jerky (2 points). But I also had some air pop popcorn. MMM one of my favourite treat snacks :)!







I then worked my usual Thursday evening meeting with WW, and boy was it a busy one. Good crowd as always. Considering everyone's tired and coming from work to weigh in, there is still a good energy in the group!

After the meeting, Kirsty (the leader of said meeting) and I jetted off to the Bard and Banker for our marathon training group wind down. Matt went ahead and met me there. I ended up having a small Caesar salad with a glass of water.  (yet again, no photo evidence).

All in all, a good day. Stayed on plan and I will admit, I just snacked on a cup of grapes. Tomorrow is Friday, THANK GOODNESS. I will be hanging out with my friend Mercier, maybe I will bring my camera along if we do something interesting. This weekend will be somewhat low key...first one like this in a WHILE. I am thinking, staying in my PJs most of Saturday possibly, sounds delightful! Anywho, I am off to bed!
