A confession and an upcoming break

Woke up and brewed my coffee, went off for a 7.4 km run and burnt 405 calories.

In the shake: WW Strawberry banana smoothie, tablespoon flaxseed, 1 cup Almond milk, 1.5 cups of frozen strawberries and a banana.

In the Thermos: Maple Brown Sugar oatmeal and a tablespoon of flax seed.

 Was a blustery cold rainy day and decided on a warmer meal for lunch so went with left overs from last night..



Then what? Well I lost control and ate A LOT of random crap from my cupboards. There. I confessed. But I moved on and went to spin class.

I got to spin 30 min early so I did extra spin. Burnt 568 calories. Felt much better after.  Made dinner for Matt and went with berries, greek yogurt and flax seed for me.

I also had an apple with 2 light babybels.


We are going out for drinks, I will probably just go with a tea and water as I lost control this afternoon.



I also wanted to make this crappy ass blog to give you a heads up that I am taking a break for the weekend. I am going to Vancouver and do not really want to lug my big cool pix Nikon around with me. I will try to write a recap (sans photo evidence) on the ferry home. This is when I wish my iphone wasn't so crappy and I could take photos off that. But nope! It took a swan dive into a public toilet in target in Washington State. Lovely.
