Weekend and Monday!


Hello!
I am alive. This weekend was absolutely fabulous. Matt and I went to my Dad's friends and employees Christmas Party down at the River Rock casino and we had a blast :). I ended up raising $500 that day from cash and online donations towards my Team Diabetes!! SO happy for that. (If you would like to donate here is the link: Team Diabetes!


Anyway, Monday I started with my morning shake and coffee. I then went off to the gym. Burnt 410 calories. I got to the gym and realized I had forgotten my bus pass so I did upper body and 20 min cardio and power walked home to get my bus pass.
For my post workout snack I had yogurt, flax and frozen berries. Then had a Starbucks americano and went off to class all hopped up on caffiene!
I ended up having to stay at school longer then expected and had to meet with 2 of my group projects unexpected. Half of the people I had to deal with were so grumpy it was VERY unpleasant...My friend Haleema and I sat and had lunch together but I couldn't take a photo. I had raw veggies and a roast beef sandwich. Yum.

I left campus to go straight to the gym for my Monday Spin class. I burnt 404 calories there. I found out they have tuesday spin classes too (as I cant always make thursday spin classes) but Today (tuesday) is the launch party for the calender I am in for BC Cancer foundation (calenders are 15 dollars).

Matt picked me up and I was starving. I went with a toast bagel with low fat margarine and a cup of tomato soup. Yum!
Then wanted something sweet so ate frozen berries with tea. Yum. That was my day :)
