Started my morning with my morning shake of flax, WW strawberry banana mix, strawberries and blueberries.

I decided it was a running morning, so I laced up and hit the road. Ran 9.06 km and burnt 542 calories.
I came back and I was kind of hungry and decided to pour frozen blueberries into my maple brown sugar oatmeal. Yum!



I met my friend Becca at school for a chit chat over fruit and tea. I bought a fruit plate and some cheese for my snack (no photos). It was great to see her. We graduated together and she will always be one of my closest friends. After class I decided to hit up the gym for some core work. I did 10 minutes on the stairclimber after 30 minutes of elliptical. I did about 15 minutes of core. I was tired! 386 calorie burn though.
For snack I had carrots and a babybel cheese. Once home later on I decided to make up a bowl of air pop popcorn. My favourite!
Then the snack monster came in. I had a bit of the WW cappuccino melts and WW ginger snaps
Then I got ready for the calendar launch that many running friends are in, including myself. They sell for 15$ each and money raised goes to BC cancer foundation. I made Matt and I a light dinner from the very little things I have in my fridge left. I NEED to go to the store soon.
Egg white scramble with zucchini and onions, salsa and half a vagal.
As for the party I went with a black lace dress. You can't tell from the photo but it is lace and has a black belt. I am Miss November 2012 for this bad boy. ;) if you are interested in buying one, just give me a shout!
