Last day of School ThursdaY!



Started my morning with a green smoothie. I laced up for my run. Ran 7  km or so and burnt 542 calories. It was gorgeous out there!

After my run I made up some Peanut butter on toast with an apple.
I through into my bag some greek yogurt with frozen berries for after class. It was my last day! Thank goodness, I am feeling SO run down!

I thought about going to the gym after school but I feel so worn out that I decided to bring it back home for some rest and work on some things I needed to do before work. I made a WW recipe that was in one of the weeklies a few weeks back. DEFINITELY making this again. Vegetable and barley casserole. It was a hit with Matt! Luckily I put some away for lunch later on, because there was none left after!
I need a proper casserole dish. I had to split it into two separate dishes!

Work was VERY busy. I dont think I have been that brain dead after work. Lots of paper work and what not to prep for next week!
I cooked up some casserole for Matt, and realized I should have something else as I did eat some for lunch. I made an egg white omelet, turkey bacon, and toast. Then hoped Greys Anatomy would be on, but it was not :(..again. Tried to make it an early night but that didn't really happen! Ended up chit chatting with Matt and what not. I need to get my sleep pattern back!

You need to post more pictures of you running, and working out. I love the food pics but we also want to see pics of you too!
