Productivity Wednesdays!

Woke up and left the house around 7:45. Took a while for the coffee to kick in. I ran 12 km and expected it to be a slower one as I was sore but ran it in 1:03! 679 calories woot! Was hoofin' it! I came home and made some Brown sugar oatmeal. Yum!

I stopped by the pharmacy on the way back from my run to pick up a few things I needed. I showered and went to pick up some groceries I needed. We bought 2 costco bags of apples 10 days ago and YES.. I am done them all. I eat apples like no other during this time of year.

Thrifty's had one of my old favourite snacks. Seaweed. This one was wasabi flavoured, and MAN that was a little spicier then I intended. I grew up liking a lot of asian cuisine, what can I say. MMM so good.

For lunch I had air pop popcorn with no salt or oil or anything.

I then went to the gym and did 30 minutes on elliptical (while watching extreme couponing.. yep!) and 15 minutes of abs. Burnt 315 calories.

I was hungry when I got back so I made Peanut Butter on toast with apple.



I also had some 0 point soup later on. Which was the last of that.

Then went off to work, and it was a busy one. Lots of members.

For dinner I made chicken, Quinoa and veggies. Yummy!


For a snack after I had some BBQ pop chips too.
