Slept in until 7:30 (told ya!) and made a chocolate banana shake.
Went to the gym and burnt 490 calories. Did mainly upper body with high intensity intervals. After the gym I had 2 light babybel and a sliced Apple. I walked about downtown for a little while and ended up going to DavidsTea. MY FAVOURITE. Wanted to pick up some holiday teas. I loved their pumpkin chai tea, and Moms Apple pie tea, wanted something more christmasy. So I bought the holiday box they had with 50 grams of about 5 different teas. I also picked up a tea they had on tap. Alpine Punch! (rooibos tea) with a little agave nectar. Pretty nice for a post-workout wind down!
For lunch I had breakfast. (surprised? I love eggs). Had a omelette with one egg, 2 egg whites, 1 oz skim mozzarella, onions, broccoli and red peppers. Turkey bacon and toast with my perrier, water and tea.

I cleaned my apartment, vacuumed and all. Had an apple with cinnamon sprinkled on it. Had a bag of BBQ pop chips as well later on in the day. Then received an email and realized that I actually had the night off from work. I looked outside and realized how nice it was out so I laced up for a short 5 km run. It was busy out there! All the fair weather people were out and a bout. Usually this time of day, it is deserted out where I usually run about. I had a lot of obstacles to run around.
Then for dinner I had an interesting idea. I decided to defrost chicken breast, chop veggies and had prepped part of the dinner before realizing I wasn't working.
I microwaved 2 whole wheat small tortillas for 25 seconds and molded them into a muffin pan. I popped it into the oven at 350 for 10 minutes to make them crisp.
I cooked the chicken in salsa and tex mex spice and cut it up to put it in the tortilla cups.
I let it cool, (as I went for a run) and put a little skim cheese and chicken in them. Popped them back in the oven for only a few minutes to melt the cheese. I then took them out and put some plain greek yogurt and salsa on them. Ate it with stir fried veggies.

Those tortillas totally made me think "Why didn't I think of that?". Now I am trying to think of what I can make for dinner with tortilla bowls.
I've really been enjoying following your blog and watching your youtube videos. I lost 100lbs 3 years ago (70lbs with WW and 30 on my own) and am now a lifetime member. However, I've stopped following WW altogether for the last few years because I felt like I was at a standstill. After 15 years of dieting, it occured to me that I shouldn't have to live on 18 pts (when Flex was still around) while doing 1 hour + vigorous exercise a day. It's a struggle, for sure!
