First day of reading break!

 I be sleepy so this is gonna be a fast blog.


Woke up this morning at 7:30 and made my Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal. I was getting my stuff ready for a long run I wanted to do. I Made up a route for a 20 km run. I ran 19.9 km. It was good, I struggled a bit but it was good. Burnt 897 calories.

Came home and showered. Had peanut butter puffins, frozen blueberries and banana, half a cup of almond milk.




For an early lunch I had a bowl of light tomato soup and toast.

For my snacks after lunch I had popcorn, and frozen mango. Frozen blueberries and banana as well.






Before work I had some puffins on their own. At work I munched on some BBQ pop chips that I bought. For dinner I made a tortilla pizza with cheese, onions and red sweet peppers. Yum!

Bed Time! SO sleeping in tomorrow! (aka.. 7 30am)
